Transition PMO - Lead - Navi Mumbai

Role :

Oversee internal compliance and project reporting for the transition department, encompassing:

• Onboarding and offboarding processes
• Management reporting
• Ensuring compliance
• Maintaining documentation
• Conducting internal audits
• Compliance with team annual goals
• Handling ad hoc tasks

Reports into :

Head Transition/Senior Transition Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• The incumbent would be part of the Transition team and the primary responsibility will be to set and maintain standards for project management in the team. The PMO oversees procedures and best practices that will help Transitions operate smoothly. This also involves continuously improving the templates and transition methodology
• Conduct monthly internal audits for the ongoing projects in transition
• Conduct surprise checks and report slippages weekly
• Single POC for GRC team in executing External Audits for transition team and ensuring compliance
• Single POC for GRC team in executing Internal Org level Audits for transition team and ensuring compliance
• Create and maintain monthly management reports with high level of accuracy and detail
• Curate ideas and implement automation in transition team - Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflows
• Adhoc work – Create training plans for new joiners, onboarding/off boarding plan for the team
• Maintain all documents upto date for entire team (post onboarding/attrition) - PMO will be responsible for updation of repository for the templates, best practices, lessons learned from the previous project so that can be reused for the new projects.
• Manages and update all the artifacts and knowledge of the team

Work Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with 2 years of relevant PMO Experience in transitions or operations
• Project management skills
• MIS/Analytical skills

Educational & Technical Knowledge:

• Graduate & above (in any stream)
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project & MS PPT
• Typing speed equal to or more than 30 wpm
