Training Lead

Job Responsibilities

Proven work experience as a Lead Trainer
Oversees training programmes that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more
Determines training needs and requirements for an organisation or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees
Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
Monitors training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
Manages costs for all programmes, productions, and publications in order to report to organisation executives regarding a return on investment
Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods
Manage training budget
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
Should be able to work closely with the operations team to upgrade the training materials from time to time
Should have excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills with Proven Abilities in Customer Relationship Management

Excellent communication skills - Fluent Oral & Written English

Should have excellent presentation and organizing skills
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
Should have an analytical bent involving data crunching and analysis
