Training And Placement Officer (Male)

Job Description:

Looking for Immediate Joiner

1. Placement Activities

• Build and maintain relationships with companies for campus placements and internships.
• Arrange campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry visits.
• Liaise with recruiters to understand hiring requirements.
• Ensure maximum placement opportunities for students.

2. Training & Skill Development

• Identify student skill gaps and plan relevant training programs.
• Organize soft skills, aptitude, communication, and technical training sessions.
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building workshops.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with academic departments and understand student competencies.
• Serve as a point of contact between students, faculty, and recruiters.
• Communicate placement rules, policies, and updates to students.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain updated placement records, student data, and company databases.
• Prepare monthly and annual placement reports.
• Track student progress and training outcomes.

5. Other Responsibilities

• Promote industry collaboration and MoUs.
• Manage internship programs and evaluate student performance.
• Organize seminars, guest lectures, and career counseling sessions.
