What You Will Do:

• Provide education for any new coders.
• Provide training/education for any coders in PIP.
• Provide constant feedback and education to entire coders/QA s/Leads
• Specify , client, area of education, team details, quality scores.
• Perform random audit for coders in all the projects.
• Need to create training document based on major error trends.
• Stay abreast of industry changes and create training document based on changes.
• Assures coders achieve and maintain a minimum 95% accuracy in coding based on client contract.
• Assures coders maintain average productivity standards while maintaining quality.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum Experience: 3 5-year coding experience and minimal 1 year experience with Guidehouse.
• Should be AHIMA/ AAPC Certified.
• Should not be on PIP within 6 months.
• Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding medical records.
• Strong ability to interpret medical records of the patients in different specialties.
• Ability to communicate, have excellent interpersonal, listening skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in flexible shift including weekend.
