Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for employees, trainees, or clients as per the training schedule.
• Prepare and deliver engaging training materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations.
• Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Provide on-site training and support during client/site visits.
• Ensure trainees understand company processes, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Track trainee progress and maintain training records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify training needs and improve training effectiveness.
• Resolve trainee queries and provide continuous guidance and mentoring.
• Ensure timely completion of training programs and achieve training objectives.
• Travel to different project sites whenever required for training and implementation support.
• Site visits are compulsory.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have 13 years of experience in training, field support, or a similar role.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
• Should be comfortable with regular site visits.
• Experience in conducting classroom and practical training sessions will be preferred.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to trainees.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Candidates from Chennai / Chengalpattu location will be preferred.
