Job Title: Gymnastics Instructor
Location: Bengaluru & Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Days & Timings: Tuesday to Sunday (Work from Centre only), 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Reporting To: Centre Manager

Job Summary
We're looking for energetic, kid-loving Gymnastics Instructors to conduct structured classes for children aged 212. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, enjoys working with kids, and thrives in a fun, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classes following the prescribed curriculum
• Engage children in a fun, structured, and nurturing way
• Communicate with parents on their child's progress and milestones
• Prepare and organize each class in line with the curriculum
• Coordinate with the team on class schedules and updates
• Track student progress through quarterly assessments
• Maintain sales allocation and petty cash records
• Follow up with parents on student absenteeism

Requirements

• Background in gymnastics state/national level experience preferred
• Strong understanding of gymnastic skills and spotting techniques
• Comfortable working with young children in an energetic setting
• Good communication skills in English (or willingness to learn)
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing attitude
• Passion for sports and continuous learning
• Commitment to a long-term role

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience teaching or coaching children
• Certification in gymnastics or a related sport (added advantage)
