Job Description
We are looking for a Trainee / APM (AI) to drive the development of AI-powered products and features. Should have a strong product mindset, a passion for Generative AI, and hands-on experience building or contributing to at least one AI project, prototype, or workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to identify customer problems and define product requirements.
- Create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to deliver AI-powered features.
- Evaluate AI use cases based on business impact, accuracy, cost, and performance.
- Define product success metrics and support experimentation/A/B testing.
- Analyze product data to drive continuous improvements.
Skill Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Product Management experience (SaaS/AI/FinTech/Enterprise Software preferred).
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate business problems into product solutions.
- Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCPs, AI agents, tool calling, or multimodal AI is an advantage.
