Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trader/Stock Dealer to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock trading, portfolio management, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. They will be responsible for analyzing and managing stock portfolios, executing trades across cash and derivative segments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and manage client stock portfolios to maximize returns while mitigating risks.
Execute stock trades, including buying and selling, across cash and derivative segments.
Understand the impact of macroeconomic news on the futures market.
Monitor market trends, news, and events to inform trading strategies.
Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to support trading decisions.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC and FATCA.
Maintain a record of all trading transactions and ensure daily processing and confirmation of
trades.
Monitor client exposure limits and solve customer queries.
Attend morning meetings to discuss the strategy for the day.

Hold periodical meetings with clients and liaise with the operations team to resolve queries and
generate revenue.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree from a recognized university or college.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in equity broking.
Holds latest certificates from NISM (Equity) / Capital Markets cash and dealer module.

Key Traits:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in both Hindi and English.
Strong product knowledge and understanding of the capital market.
Proficient in using email, Excel, Microsoft Office, etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to learn and contribute to team meetings and share ideas.
Knowledge and Skills:
Deep knowledge of the financial industry, advanced derivatives, and income-generating strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with careful attention to detail.
Strong presentation skills in a large group setting.
Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work extended hours.
