Role: TPRM Analyst


Job Role

The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst is responsible for reviewing third party risks,

assessing the risk level and classifying them into high, medium and low to ensure compliance

with company policies and legal regulations. This role involves close collaboration with

Procurement and Business stake holders to support the TPRM process and mitigate risks.


Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in TPRM activities and third-party due diligence.

• Conversant with TPRM tools in the market.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Experience with ERP and TPRM tools.

• Legal or paralegal certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with international contracts and regulatory requirements preferable


Responsibilities:

• Review Third Party Risks

• Conducts impact assessment

• Classify third parties into appropriate risk ratings such as high, medium, low

• Conduct third party due diligence

• Work with leading TPRM tools in the market

• Work with Procurement and other Business Stakeholders to develop risk mitigation

strategies

• Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure third parties comply with TPRM requirements and internal policies.

• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Third Party Risk Management:

• Maintain and manage third party risk databases and repositories.

• Conduct third party due diligence and track risk mitigation milestones.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with internal teams (Procurement, Business stakeholders) to gather requirements

and resolve risk-related issues.

• Serve as a point of contact for TPRM-related inquiries.

• Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare reports on TPRM database, due diligence status, risk levels and risk mitigation

strategies.

• Maintain accurate records and audit trails.
