Tool Room Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the tool room operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools, molds, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
• Coordinate with designers to develop new tooling designs and modifications for existing products.
• Supervise junior technicians in performing daily tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting tools.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mould maintenance and repair techniques
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
