Hiring: Tool Maker Plastic Injection Mould
Location: Bengaluru

Hiring: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience: 03-04 Years
Education: ITI / Diploma or related field (NTTF / GTTC / CIPET)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assembly, fitting, and maintenance of plastic injection moulds
• Perform mould spotting, polishing, and alignment activities
• Handle mould breakdowns and preventive maintenance
• Repair and replacement of damaged mould components
• Support mould trials and troubleshoot mould-related issues
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and mould quality standards
• Operate tool room machines like grinding, milling, drilling, and EDM
• Inspect mould components using precision measuring instruments
• Read and understand engineering drawings independently
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
• Maintain proper tool room safety and housekeeping standards
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection mould components and assembly
• Experience in mould maintenance and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge
• Basic knowledge of grinding, milling, and fitting operations
• Ability to identify mould defects and corrective actions
• Good understanding of tool steels and mould manufacturing processes
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in mould manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of hot runner and cooling systems is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Immediate joiners preferred
