Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
- Troubleshoot mould issues and minimize production downtime.
- Assemble, repair, inspect, and maintain moulds and tooling components.
- Execute preventive maintenance and support mould validation activities.
- Participate in new mould trials, tooling development, and mould duplication.
- Improve mould performance through modifications and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain mould history, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and external vendors for tooling activities.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and GMP practices.
- Ensure workplace safety, operational excellence, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
