Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Therapy Manager to join our team at GIG Consultants, with a focus on Akshay and Manali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in therapy management and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate therapy sessions for clients, ensuring effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of therapy sessions, making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including notes and reports.
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting a positive and productive environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in therapy management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of therapy principles and practices, with a focus on Akshay and Manali.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
