Job Description
- As a Testing Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing process ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products
- You will collaborate with development teams manage testing resources and develop test plans and strategies
- Responsibilities Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the delivery of highquality software
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts
- Coordinate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design testing strategies
- Conduct regular reviews of test plans and cases ensuring adherence to standards
- Identify document and track bugs and issues to resolution
- Provide regular reports on testing progress coverage and any issues
- Ensure testing environments are set up and maintained appropriately
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools methodologies and trends
- Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and testing methodologies
- Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium JIRA TestRail etc
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
