Testing-Commercial functional-Staff

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in leading a project team and monitor all the project activities from scratch.
• Participate and lead all the status calls, Scrum calls and client meetings. Review and send out the DSR & WSR to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain robust testing strategies and processes and ensure they are properly implemented and followed.
• Prepare test plan, estimation, test strategy, requirement gathering/analysis, prepare test scenarios & test scripts based on the requirements, execute the planned test cases and report the defects in tracking tool and ensure its closure through STLC process.
• Hands on experience on test management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM etc.
• Working knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright etc.
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI)
• Should have excellent communication skills & should be able to articulate concisely & clearly.
• The ability to define, monitor, and report on SLAs to ensure that services meet agreed-upon performance and availability standards.
• Should be ready to do an individual contributor as well as Team Leader.
• Manage resources effectively ensuring on-time delivery of products.
• Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks related to software quality at each phase of the software testing process.
• Responsible for contributing to the delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects by delivering agreed activities, applying judgement, and selecting appropriate methodologies to inform recommendations, considerate of success criteria, barriers, risks, and issues.
• Accountable for meeting own targets which impact the immediate team.
• May help coordinate the work of junior colleagues or team members.
• Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.)

Skills Required:

• Should have experience on Travel domain
• Experience in working on products like iTravel, Travelpro, Anchor, Amadeus or any other Ticketing software.
• Experience in Cruise software industry will be added advantage.
• 3+ Years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Good to have experience in working on products like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Oracle EBS, Commerce applications, Supply Chain etc.
• Should have excellent communication skills & should be able to articulate concisely & clearly.
