Testing and Commissioning Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Worked on MEP Commissioning projects as a Commissioning Manager or Project Lead & execute following responsibilities:

Execution of project need to be completed with

• Timely characteristics
• Project Team Productivity
• Technically

This will result in customer satisfaction.

Front end the project execution & execute the services assigned as per the client requirements & timelines. Manages day to day project matters related to the service & gets the project executed with help of Supporting Engineers.

• Lead Execute & Manage Day to Day project tasks as per project requirements for Testing & Commissioning activities.
• Participating in weekly meetings & regular project team interactions.

• Be a point of Contact for the project team for
• execution & all the site related activities.
• Report to the CxA Head & CxA Manager w.r.t. day to day work progress & updates as required.
• Motivate the team to complete the projects in an effective and timely manner.
• Preparing required documents for Project delivery.
• Co-ordinate with different project team members from other consultants or contactors for delivering project in timely & quality manner
• To understand the requirements of the projects & details of the projects
• Report to the higher management on regular basis on project status & updates.
• Keep Project on track with timely observations & Documentations.
• Give Time to time consultations, on execution of Project activities, technical aspects
• Assigns responsibilities to supporting Engineers & gets the project executed with help of them.
• Prepare necessary CxA Documentation as per project requirements.
• Checking Documents Prepared by Contractors / Support Engineers as part of review & approval process.
• Also review internal documentation prior to Submission to Client or any authority.
• Having a close check on Contractors & Supporting Engineers work towards service delivery.
• Complete the project within timelines & meet the Client requirements.
• Keeping a close interaction with project team for new upcoming projects & opportunities for business.
• Guide Supporting Engineers for the service offered for the project.
• Help in developing & documenting case studies for the project.
• Keep track of Project milestones & project schedule. Update & highlight delays or any critical events to clients / PM / Internal team members.
• Develop & Maintain Healthy professional relationships with other project team members such as Architects, PMCs MEP Designers, Cost Consultants, Contractors.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have experience in Testing & Commissioning.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of Data Center projects experience.

Candidates must be willing to travel as per project requirement across different locations.
