Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Corporate Training Sales Executive to acquire and manage corporate customers for our enterprise training business. The ideal candidate should have experience selling corporate training, learning solutions, or enterprise education programmes and possess a strong understanding of B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and develop new corporate customers for QSpiders training and upskilling solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through Lead generation, prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Engage with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand organisational training requirements.
- Promote QSpiders' corporate training offerings across Software Testing, Full Stack Development, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and other technology domains.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions to showcase business value.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts to close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Collaborate with delivery and training teams to ensure successful execution of corporate training programmes.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and corporate learning requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in Corporate Training Sales, Enterprise Learning Solutions, or B2B Business Development.
- Proven experience in acquiring corporate customers for training, skilling, or learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based B2B sales.
- Experience engaging with HR, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and senior business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and sales tracking.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings within Bangalore and nearby regions.
