Test Lead/Automation tester - Selenium, Python Robot Framework

Key Responsibilities
Framework Design: Architect, scale, and maintain test automation frameworks from scratch using Python.
Test Automation: Write high-quality automation scripts utilizing Selenium WebDriver and Robot Framework.
Execution & Analysis: Run automated test suites across multiple platforms and investigate failures.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
API Testing: Design and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs and backend services.
Collaboration: Partner with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and define test strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 6 to 10 years of professional experience in software test automation.
Core Language: Strong, hands-on programming proficiency in Python.
Automation Tools: Advanced expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Robot Framework.
