Test Lead - Trade Finance and T24 Core Banking systems

Responsibilities

• Perform business process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and vendors to define functional solutions.
• Support system implementation, configuration validation, SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
• Analyze system integrations with Core Banking and third-party applications.
• Track, analyze, and manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
• Prepare user documentation, process documents, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Support business process improvements and recommend system enhancements.
• Coordinate with technical teams during development, implementation, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, data protection standards, and security guidelines.
• Participate in project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions while providing functional expertise.
