- Good at coordinating/planning to execute test projects, define implement test strategy, engage EA if needed for technologies, work closely with ISO automation test team on delivering security automation testing.
What you ll do
- Define and drive the testing strategy across functional, performance, automation, and security testing, with a clear emphasis on automation-first practices that improve coverage, speed, and release confidence.
- Lead and grow a team of testing engineers in India, building a culture of quality, accountability, learning, and craftsmanship.
- Own test planning, readiness, execution, and results across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring risks, tradeoffs, and priorities are managed with clarity and discipline.
- Partner closely with development teams, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to embed quality early and make testing an integrated part of delivery.
- Drive the adoption of modern quality engineering practices, including automated testing, shift-left approaches, CI/CD-aligned testing, and DevSecOps-minded quality controls.
- Establish testing standards, metrics, and governance that improve visibility into coverage, defect trends, automation adoption, execution efficiency, and overall quality health.
- Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, and test-related escalations to ensure issues are surfaced early and resolved effectively.
- Work across a complex transportation and logistics environment to improve testability, reliability, and release quality for the systems the business depends on every day.

Experience that will help you succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and testing across the full software development lifecycle.
- 3+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience, including hiring, performance management, mentoring, and team development.
- Strong hands-on experience across functional, regression, integration, performance, and automated testing, including familiarity with modern automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent testing efforts with competing priorities, tight timelines, and cross-team dependencies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, enterprise application architecture, and integration patterns, with the ability to assess testability and quality risk.
- Experience with test management tools, defect tracking systems, CI/CD pipelines, shift-left testing practices, and DevOps-aligned quality engineering approaches.
- Experience coordinating testing across distributed or multi-location teams and partnering effectively with development, product, and delivery stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate quality metrics and risks for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in life sciences, clinical logistics, pharmaceutical supply chain, transportation, or other operationally complex environments is strongly preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
