The role focuses on driving end-to-end automation, improving test coverage, accelerating releases, and enabling AI-driven quality insights. The candidate will lead automation delivery, support testing governance, and ensure UAT readiness and client sign-off coordination. Hands-on experience with Robot Framework is mandatory. Exposure to PEP+ (Mainframe-based), CNS, and Payment Exchange systems is preferred. Strong expertise in:

Robot Framework (mandatory and hands-on)
Test automation (UI, API, and integration testing)
Automation frameworks and reusable design patterns
API testing (Postman/Newman or similar tools)
Defect triage root cause analysis
Data validation test execution
