Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in Banking domain applications, specifically Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. The candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities along with functional knowledge of digital banking channels, testing lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and team management. The role involves leading project delivery, managing resources, ensuring quality standards, and supporting end-to-end implementation of digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analysts, testers, or project members working on Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications.
• Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
• Perform manual testing for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications.
• Validate core banking integrations and end-to-end transaction flows.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing.
• Test customer journeys including: User Registration and Login Account Summary and Balance Enquiry Fund Transfers (Within Bank, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS
