Test Lead

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with expertise in Identity, QA Transformation Automation, Selenium-based automation testing, Tosca, and proposing automation strategy. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of Cypress Automation Testing and Selenium. This position is based in Pune.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Design and execute automated tests using Selenium and other automation tools.
• Analyze test results and report defects to the development team.
• Participate in agile methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
• Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in automation testing using Selenium and other tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Cypress Automation Testing and Tosca Testsuite.
• Experience in proposing automation strategies and transforming QA processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
