Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Engineer with strong experience in Bamboo Rose applications and Retail PLM testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in validating end-to-end retail business processes, executing functional and integration testing, and ensuring high-quality releases across the Bamboo Rose ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing for Bamboo Rose applications.
• Validate end-to-end retail workflows covering product lifecycle, sourcing, merchandising, and supplier collaboration.
• Create and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
• Validate integrations between Bamboo Rose and downstream enterprise applications.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects, working closely with development and business teams for timely resolution.
• Skilled in ANSI SQLs with which candidate should be able to check data in all databases
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, test execution, and release validation.
• Support production verification, defect triaging, and post-release testing.
• Ensure complete test coverage and maintain testing documentation and traceability.

• Experience testing Retail Management Systems across upstream and downstream applications.
• Experience validating Order Management System (OMS) workflows.
• Good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. Exposure to Bamboo Rose is mandatory; experience with FlexPLM, SAP PLM, or 3PLM is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Design, Sample Management, Sourcing, and Vendor Collaboration processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database with hands-on SQL for backend data validation.
• Experience in API/interface validation and end-to-end integration testing.
• Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM/Azure DevOps).

Good to Have

• Test automation exposure (Selenium, API automation, or similar tools).
• Experience in retail production support and release validation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect investigation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior QA team members.
