Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester with 2 to 5 years of experience in Capital Market Broker Back Office Operations to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing applications related to Clearing, Settlement, Trade Processing, and Reconciliation.
Roles and Responsibility
- Understand broker back-office workflows including trade confirmation, clearing, settlement, and reporting.
- Translate business processes into test scenarios and cases.
- Perform manual testing of capital market applications.
- Validate the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement closure.
- Identify defects and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Participate in functional, regression, and UAT testing.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Capital Market Broker Back Office Operations is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of trade processing, clearing & settlement, client reporting & reconciliation is required.
- Good analytical and communication skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts is preferred.
- Exposure to tools like JIRA/ALM is desirable.
- ISTQB certification (optional) is a plus.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
