• Roles and Responsibilities
• Create test cases, scenarios, scripts from feature descriptions in JIRA board/test management tools. Participate in sprint activities like planning, stand-up meetings. Develop/create test cases/steps/scenarios based on user stories. Execute manual and automated test cases, Analyze results, report and track defects, verify fixes and perform follow-up work to resolve issues. Debug automated test scripts and evaluate results to determine the source of anomalous results. Create execute regression, ad hoc, bug-verification test cases for final product. Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement Knowledge about Bug cycle Knowledge about Test Management Tools like JIRA, Qmetry, etc.
• Required Skills
• 1-3 years of software automation testing experience using Cypress framework or equivalent Proficient in UI, API, Functional automation testing CI/CD continuous integration with Cypress Knowledge of agile methodologies is desired. Automation test scripts development execution using one or more of the following software languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, or C# in Web s windows software.
• Desired Skills:
• 1-3 years of software automation testing experience using Cypress framework or equivalent Proficient in UI, API, Functional automation testing CI/CD continuous integration with Cypress Knowledge of agile methodologies is desired. Automation test scripts development execution using one or more of the following software languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, or C# in Web s windows software.


• Soft Skills :
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally, with good interpersonal skills. Familiarity with software test principles and development cycles desired. Experience with automated build/deployment tools, such as GitLab or Jenkins, will be an added advantage. HVAC product knowledge will be an added advantage.
