Test Engineer

BE/BTECH, Bachelors / Masters in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field Familiarity and understanding of QA concepts and development lifecycles of Silicon, Firmware, and Linux stacks is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and geographically distributed work environment. Candidates must possess 5-8 years of overall experience.

• Required skills include Ryzen AI, Ryzen APUs and Radeon dGPU Architecture, Python, Bash, C/C++, Linux, and Client PC (x86) system design and validation.
• Experience with Client PC (x86) system design and validation, testing tools and environments, stress testing, benchmarking suites, hardware certification processes, and defect tracking.
• Strong hands-on experience with automated test development and test frameworks.
• Experience working with Linux and development tooling is mandatory.
• Experience putting PC systems together, including installing memory, storage, processors, and other components, and experience generating and presenting quantitative reports.
• Design, create, and maintain both automated and manual tests for various parts of the Ryzen AI software stack including but not limited to ROCm and NPU stacks.
• Execute tests across different Ryzen APUs and Radeon dGPU architectures, track, and report results.
• Run white-box, black-box, and regression test suites to ensure functional quality.
• Investigate failures, isolate issues, produce clear repro steps, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Support regular release qualification and ensure test reliability.
