Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving the adoption of innovative and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation to predict and address potential issues proactively. Collaboration with various teams to ensure continuous improvement and transformation of testing into a robust end-to-end function is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of continuous testing processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals.

Drive innovation in testing methodologies to support evolving business needs.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Axway Specialized Tools.

Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and their integration with testing tools.

Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering solutions.

Ability to analyze complex testing requirements and develop predictive testing models.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated testing environments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Axway Specialized Tools.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
