Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary: In the role of Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This includes overseeing the integration of advanced tools and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. The role focuses on driving innovation by adopting predictive and intelligent testing strategies, leveraging automation and cutting-edge testing solutions to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables across projects.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative work environment.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals and timelines.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools.

Experience in integrating continuous testing processes within DevOps pipelines.

Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.

Familiarity with quality engineering methodologies and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test execution and reporting.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
