Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing control, accuracy, and integrity by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. The position requires driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering innovation in testing strategies to create predictive and intelligent automation solutions that support the overall project goals and quality standards.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to improve automation efficiency.

Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.

Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks within cloud environments.

Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Ability to analyze complex systems and develop scalable testing solutions.

Familiarity with scripting and programming languages relevant to test automation.

Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation tools and processes.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
