Job Title: Test Automation Engineer

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Location: Hyderabad Work From office

Working Hours: 12:00pm 9.00pm IST

Education: Bachelors/ Masters degree in computer science or Software Engineering

Must have Skills: Selenium, Cucumber, CI/CD Pipelines, Test NG, Xpath Coding

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Automation Test strategy and Frameworks based on the Automation tools requirements
Experience in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is essential for writing and maintaining automated test scripts
Good understanding of QA processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile and DevOps practices
Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues early in the development process
Review, analyze and document test results and metrics with recommendations to the Leadership and required teams
Responsible for producing the overall Test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable milestones, test tasks and activities whilst determining whether automation tools can be utilised
Manage a large testing capability, resources and testing process from project initiation to post implementation review and extended wellness
Participating in preparation of Quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
Manage and maintain automation test environments and infrastructure
Train and mentor team members on Automation testing best practices and techniques
Develop Test Executions Pipelines using any of the DevOps tools
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in automation testing
Work with QA Engineers to identify test scenarios, data requirements, functionality, and areas of application and system level risk

Qualifications

Experience in Automation testing technologies like Selenium, UFT, APPIUM tools
Experience in BDD -Cucumber Test Automation Framework development and implementation
Experience in any of the programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript
Experience in DevOps - Pipelines for Automation Test Executions
Hand-on on recording, updating, executing and writing automation test tools/scripts
Automation testing for Web, API, Mobile Technologies
Able to integrate SQL queries into ATC and perform test data setup
Good Exposure on BrowserStack/Jira Test Case Management tool
Good Exposure on AI tools for Automation.
