Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.

Maintain and update automated test scripts to ensure alignment with changing requirements and system updates.

Assist in mentoring junior team members to build their skills and understanding of automation frameworks.

Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow ATF

Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using relevant automation frameworks.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues related to automation and testing.

Familiarity with integration of automated tests into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
