Job Description
- Drive sales and collections for the EV (3W) finance business in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly loan disbursal, sales, and collection targets for the branch.
- Onboard, manage, and support dealers to grow business.
- Lead, guide, and monitor Branch Managers (BMs) and Field Officers (FOS) to achieve their targets.
- Track collection performance and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with the Credit and Operations teams.
- Follow company policies and maintain good portfolio quality.
- Review team performance regularly and provide coaching to improve results.
