• Appointment of RETAILERS in assigned territory.
• Scanning of retail market by visiting each every counters in the City
• Generate Secondary Sales through retailers.
• Identifying Scope by visiting raw sites (KOTHI / HOUSE IHB).
• Collaboration with Contractors Masons
• Generating sales from the sites of retailers.
• Arranging Samples and live demo at sites.
• Organising INshop meet promotional activity
• Communicating Schemes to Contractors Masons
• Proper followup with Stockist Retailers for smooth Supply chain
