Role Overview:

The Territory Manager Service is responsible for implementing company service standards and policies at pre-owned vehicle outlets. The role focuses on supporting dealers to enhance service business performance, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Business Development

  • Drive service business growth and profitability at dealer workshops.
  • Improve operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistent availability of genuine parts from DriveX-approved sources.

Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality

  • Conduct service process audits and take corrective actions to uphold standards.
  • Address customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
  • Engage regularly with customers to understand needs and expectations.
  • Provide on-the-job training to dealer teams on product knowledge, repair standards, and customer handling.

Product Quality & Process Compliance

  • Monitor workshop operations to ensure quick turnaround times.
  • Maintain 100% pre-owned vehicle certification and ensure trouble-free delivery to customers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Diploma or B.E. in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in two-wheeler service operations (preferably in pre-owned vehicle segment).
