Job Description Lead Tendering Engineer RFQ

• Oversight: Manage and monitor all incoming RFQs, ensuring timely review, prioritization, and submission of proposals.
• Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the tendering team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Pricing: Prepare, review, and finalize competitive pricing Offers
• Approval Quality: Review and approve techno-commercial offers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality proposal submissions.
• Coordination: Coordinate effectively with Sales, Design, Procurement, Projects, and Finance teams to obtain necessary inputs and ensure smooth tender execution.
• Team Management: Allocate workload, monitor team performance, and support team members in achieving deadlines and quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in tendering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on enquiry status, offer submissions, order booking, win ratio, and other key performance metrics for management review.
