Responsible for preparation of technical and commercial bids, cost estimation, tender strategy and order booking support.

Responsibilities

• Tender Preparation
  • Study tender documents, drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with design, planning and procurement teams.
  • Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.
• Business Development
  • Identify upcoming projects and clients.
  • Support order booking targets and revenue growth.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and clarifications.
• Reporting Coordination
  • Maintain tender database and documentation.
  • Track tender status and submission schedules.
  • Analyze bid success ratio and improve strategy.
