Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire tendering process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders and high-quality bids.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the tendering process.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in engineering & construction industry with expertise in bidding, tendering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure projects' planning, design, execution, and maintenance phases.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex tenders from initiation to closure.
