Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tender & Bidding Executive to join our team at Shreeji Infrastructure India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with expertise in tender preparation, bidding, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and analyzing relevant government and private sector tenders.
- Preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams for documentation and approvals.
- Negotiating terms and conditions to secure projects.
- Managing pre-bid and post-bid activities.
- Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering and bidding within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of government tendering processes and e-procurement portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender documentation.
Salary: 2-5 LPA
