Vendor sourcing & management,
RFQ management,
Price negotiation ,
Costing & Estimation,
Budgeting, offer preparations,
tendering, Prebid & Bid supporting,
support to Sales team Nature of Business
Responsible for timely submission of Offers / tenders
All tender terms and conditions to be complied to:
For Engineers those who have design knowledge : The scope of work includes Design, Engineering, Surveying the site, budgeting and Technical support to Sales Team & the factory
Nature of Business : Turnkey Centralized HVAC system (both Hiside & lowside)including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc
Preferred candidate profile
Good Arithmetic skills
Experience in Purchase or Costing & Estimation
Good Negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Having Good rapport with the vendors (Industrial or Engg / construction products
experienced & Sound knowledge on HVAC, MEP and Govt Projects (optional)
Design knowledge (optional),
Dynamic & self driven
