Telugu Teacher

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Telugu Planner to design, develop, and streamline academic content and curriculum delivery across grades. The role involves ensuring high-quality lesson planning, assessments, and teacher support aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum plans, lesson plans, and academic resources for Telugu across assigned grades.
• Create and review assessment papers, worksheets, and question banks aligned with learning outcomes.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with board guidelines and internal academic frameworks.
• Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and academic teams to ensure effective implementation.

Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and academic support initiatives.

• Monitor and review academic delivery quality across branches.
• Provide feedback and continuous improvement strategies for teaching-learning processes.
• Ensure timely submission and updation of academic content.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Telugu.
• B.Ed. is preferred.
• Minimum 3- 6 years of teaching experience (middle to higher grades preferred).
• Prior experience in curriculum planning or academic content development is an advantage.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong subject knowledge in Telugu.
• Excellent content development and planning skills
• Good communication and training abilities

Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
