Opportunity for Telephone Operator for our hospital in Mumbai(Mahim) on yearly fixed term renewable contract on hospital payroll.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1 + years

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

• Attending telephone calls, those that come from outside the hospital as well as from within.
• Addressing general queries like location of the hospital, location of various departments in the hospital, where individual consultant clinics are conducted.
• Understanding the nature of the query made by the caller and providing necessary information and/ or diverting the call to the concerned section.
• If required, making outgoing calls on behest of Patients, Doctors, and Staff.
