Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 2)
Shift: 24x7 Rotational (Night Shift) + Rotational Week Off
Eligibility:
Graduates Only
Minimum 1 Year Experience in International BPO (Sales/Voice)
Prior experience in Telecom Sales is Mandatory
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in Sales Process (Upselling & Cross-selling)
Telecom Sales / Customer Support Experience
Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills
Job Description:
Handle international voice calls for telecom sales
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling
Assist customers with telecom products and services
Achieve sales targets and maintain service quality
