Responsibilities

Calling Customers to explain about the product terms and conditions.
Follow up with Customers to confirm if the guidelines (as per process) are being followed.
Updating call logs in Google Sheets.

Requirements

Effective Linguistic skills Hindi (must), Marathi / Punjabi / Haryanvi (either of them a must), and English (preferred)
Disciplined and Courteous
Listening and Comprehending skills
Willing to make a career in Call center and then subsequently in Back-office
