Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, research, and networking.
• Build relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing industry.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle rejection and objections effectively.
• Proficiency in making cold calls, handling multiple conversations simultaneously, and meeting sales targets.
