Job Description
Looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing information about products or services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other methods.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
