Telecaller (Female)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  
  
• Explain services, offers, and resolve client queries over the phone
  
  
• Maintain daily call records and follow up with interested clients
  
  
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  
  

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  
  
• Confidence in speaking with new people and handling objections
  
  
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting
  
  
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
