Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executive to connect with prospective students, manage enquiries, and support our overseas education counselling team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with students while contributing to lead generation and student engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through calls and follow up on enquiries.
• Understand student requirements and provide basic information about overseas education services.
• Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with the counselling team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with students to nurture leads and improve conversions.
• Assist in promotional activities, seminars, and student engagement initiatives.
• Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up activities.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
