JD & Responsibilities
• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action • Strong communication abilities
• Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
• The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
• Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
• Ability to listen and solve problems
• Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm
• Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
• Meeting Weekly / Monthly/ Quarterly & Annual targets Desired Candidate Profile
• UG or PG computer science graduates or B.C.A or M.C.A Graduates (2022 & 2023 Passed outs)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Female candidates only
• Domestic (Chennai)
• Preferably have basic knowledge on IT courses & certifications
• 0-1 years of Relevant experience (Selling IT Courses) needed.
• Salary will be paid as per the industry standards and negotiable as per the qualification and relevant experience
