Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for production issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to application support.
- Manage ticketing system to track and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Infra) to resolve complex technical issues affecting production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
- Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders through effective issue escalation process.
